Terms of Service

Welcome to FlatLawyer. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of legal support services related to apartment purchases provided by FlatLawyer at Marina Bay Sands, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956.

All fees are stated in Singapore dollars and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. FlatLawyer reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Changes

Clients may reschedule a booked session without charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Reschedule requests received later may incur an administrative fee.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Legal Support Services

Clients may request a refund of service fees within seven calendar days of payment, provided no substantive work has been carried out. If FlatLawyer has begun research or drafting, a fee proportional to time spent will be retained, and the balance will be refunded. Once formal letters or filings have been submitted to any third party, no refund is available due to costs incurred in engagement.

4.2 Digital Information Products

All sales of digital products are final upon delivery. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, no refund is available after download. If technical issues prevent access, clients must notify FlatLawyer within three days via our contact form so that support can be provided.

4.3 Physical Publications and Materials

Clients may request a refund of physical goods within fourteen calendar days of shipment. Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-reimbursable. To initiate a refund, use our contact form. Once goods are received and inspected, FlatLawyer will process a refund within ten business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and materials provided by FlatLawyer are the exclusive property of FlatLawyer. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlatLawyer’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable service. FlatLawyer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Amendments

FlatLawyer may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this site. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
